August Drufke

August Drufke has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. August began their career as a Sourcing Specialist intern at Russell Europe Ltd in 2002. August then worked at Electrolux NA as an Import Specialist, where they played a crucial role in creating a global supply chain and managing logistics operations. Following their time at Electrolux, August joined Russell Athletic as an Assistant Sourcing Manager and later became the Commercial Manager. August was responsible for apparel sourcing and successfully implemented a new supply chain to support a make-to-order service initiative. In 2009, August joined SharkNinja, where they held various leadership positions, including Director, Customer and Operations Excellence, and VP Global Product Development. August oversaw product development, program management, business process excellence, and marketing for different departments within the company. August'sexperience showcases their expertise in sourcing, supply chain management, operations, and product development.

August Drufke attended Lehigh University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2006, they also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
