Jon Rybicki

Jon Rybicki, MBA, is a seasoned organizational leader with extensive international experience in program management and new product development within the CPG and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Program Management at SharkNinja, Jon oversees cross-functional project teams and supports product development initiatives. Previously, Jon held roles at Cognex Corporation, including Product Manager and Product Lifecycle Program Manager, where they achieved notable milestones such as earning the President’s Award. Jon's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
