Lai Daniel

Lai Daniel is an experienced project manager with a strong background in new product introduction and project management within the consumer products industry. Currently serving as the New Product Introduction Project Manager at SharkNinja since December 2021, Lai Daniel collaborates with teams across the US, UK, and China while overseeing projects from development to mass production, specifically in home environment products such as air purifiers and hair dryers. Previous roles include Project Manager at Spin Master and Whealthfields Lohmann, managing engineering and quality teams for new electronic devices and projects. Prior experience spans significant positions at RB, YK Plastic Factory, Threesixty Sourcing Ltd., Mattel, and GuangZhou Jetta Group, demonstrating a consistent focus on product development and project management.
