Mark Botham is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment teams across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA at SharkNinja since May 2023, Mark oversees a team focused on sourcing talent across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at AO from September 2017 to April 2023, where Mark was responsible for leading teams across Group Tech and Central Functions, managing comprehensive recruitment efforts in multiple domains including software development and cyber security.
