Max Williams

Max Williams is an experienced product development professional with a strong background in consumer needs analysis and engineering requirements translation. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Development at SharkNinja since August 2019, Max Williams defines performance metrics and ensures quality in mass production through rigorous validation processes. Prior experience includes a consumer product development co-op at SharkNinja, a product development engineering co-op at NxStage Medical, and a cooperative education role at GE Aviation, where analytical skills were applied to improve vendor part processes. Max Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 2019.
