Nathan Bell

Nathan Bell serves as the Global Head of Planning at SharkNinja, overseeing a multi-national team responsible for demand planning, supply chain, and S&OP processes to manage growth, service, and capital efficiently. Previously, Nathan held the position of VP Sales and Operations Planning, where a transformation of the supply planning organization was achieved in preparation for a NYSE transition. Nathan's experience includes guiding organizations through transformation as an AVP at Genpact, enhancing supply chain management at Serta Simmons Bedding as a Senior Business Forecasting Leader, and providing consulting services in supply chain strategy as an Independent Consultant. Nathan's earlier roles at Hitachi Consulting encompassed various levels of involvement in supply chain improvements and system implementations. Nathan holds an MBA in Finance, Management, and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a degree from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
