Patrick Bedard, CPA, currently serves as the Tax Director for Reporting & Operations at SharkNinja as of April 2025. Previously, Patrick held the position of Tax Director at Hasbro from February 2021 to April 2025, and prior to that, served in several roles at PwC from January 2011 to February 2021, including Senior Tax Manager. Patrick's expertise encompasses corporate tax, public and non-public tax compliance, tax provisions, and tax planning, along with experience in partnership and S-Corporation compliance. Patrick earned a Master's degree in Accounting in 2010 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2010, both from Bryant University.
