Robert Lichter

Robert Lichter currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Global IP at SharkNinja, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes being Of Counsel at Lando & Anastasi, LLP from February 2016 to January 2024, specializing in design law and intellectual property. Lichter worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Barlow, Josephs & Holmes Ltd. from September 2012 to February 2016 and served as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO from January 2012 to September 2012. Earlier roles include a Fellowship focused on intellectual property at The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory and a Mechanical Engineer position at the US Department of Transportation's Volpe National Transportation Systems Center. Lichter holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School, an MS in Mechanical Engineering, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering with Quantitative Economics from Tufts University, as well as training from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center.
