Ryan Connary is a seasoned Product Designer, Developer, and Engineer with over two decades of experience in product engineering leadership and innovation across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at SharkNinja, Ryan leads cross-functional teams to bring disruptive innovations to market. Previously, they have held significant roles, such as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Ministry of Supply and Manager Concept Creation at Converse, where they focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and enhancing product development. Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Keene State College and has pursued further education in Business Innovation at MIT.
