Steve DeWiggins, CMPC, is the Director of Performance Acceleration at SharkNinja, where they partner with leaders to drive peak performance in a dynamic work environment. Previously, they served as a consultant for the United States Air Force and Marine Forces Special Operations Command, focusing on cognitive performance and leadership development. With a strong academic background, Steve is also an Associate Professor at National University, mentoring aspiring Certified Mental Performance Consultants. They hold a Master's degree in Sport Psychology and are currently pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology.
