Emily Rivard

Emily Rivard is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Sharp Services since November 2023, previously serving as a Manufacturing Performance Engineer at PIM Brands, Inc. from November 2021 to November 2023. At PIM Brands, Emily conducted in-depth analysis of machine performance, collaborated with controls and maintenance departments to enhance operational efficiency, and successfully managed a downtime reduction project that resulted in significant production recovery and financial gains. Additionally, Emily reduced rejection rates on production assets through effective training and implemented standardized operational documentation. Prior experience includes serving as a Peer Financial Coach at Syracuse University’s Financial Aid Office, where budgeting techniques were presented to students, and working as a Research Assistant analyzing Solid Oxide Fuel Cells using Python. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Minor in Engineering Management from Syracuse University.
