James Hamilton

James Hamilton serves as the President of Sharp Services since May 2024. Prior to this role, James held positions at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of U.S. Technical Operations, and at Renaissance Lakewood, LLC as Vice President of Operations. James also worked at Allergan as Vice President and General Manager, overseeing a large team and a substantial aseptic manufacturing facility while focusing on compliance and operations transformation. Additionally, James held the role of Vice President for Strategy and Operational Excellence at Allergan, where responsibilities included managing a global operational excellence program. James began their career at Forest Laboratories, Inc. as Executive Director of Operations, concentrating on global supply chain, strategy, and engineering. James earned a BA in Chemistry from The University of New Mexico and an MBA in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
