Lori Ullman

People Experience Leader

Lori Ullman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and team leadership. Currently serving as a People Experience Leader at Sharp Services since January 2023, Lori previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at Xelerate LLC from October 2016 to November 2022. In this position, responsibilities included acting as the liaison between sales and service launch, fostering client relationships, and leading project team members. Lori has also held senior roles at NTT DATA Americas as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Sr. Account Executive, and at Paragon Solutions Group as Account Executive/Vendor Manager. Early career experience includes serving as an Account Recruiting Manager at TEKsystems and as a Case Manager at Child and Adult Disability and Educational Services. Lori holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Penn State University, earned between 1996 and 2002.
