Nicholas Patching has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicholas started their career as a Junior Consultant at Kelica in 2011 and then moved to LeasePlan as a Project Executive (Business Analyst) in 2012. At LeasePlan, they gained experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and AGILE project management. After that, they worked as a Business Analyst at id Information Systems, where they were involved in detailed stakeholder management for a web integration project. In 2013, they joined DatamaticsUK Ltd as a Business Development Manager and then transitioned to Watertrace Ltd as a Senior Management Consultant. Nicholas joined Think Money Group in 2014 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they played a pivotal role in delivering a major program and setting BA standards across the group. In 2017, they moved to Degree 53 as a Senior Business Analyst and later became the Head of Change, where they continued to excel in their role until 2020. Most recently, in 2020, Nicholas Patching joined Sharp Gaming as the Head of Change.

Nicholas Patching completed their BA Hons degree in English and Related Literature at the University of York from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Eltham College from 1998 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS in 2013.
