IT Support Team Lead at Sharp Gaming

Paul Stapleton has a diverse work experience in the IT and customer service fields. Paul started their career as a Call Centre Operator at Betfred in 2004 and later joined Stan James in 2005 for the same role. In 2007, they returned to Betfred as a Retail Customer Service Advisor and eventually transitioned into the role of Retail Deputy Customer Services Manager, where they managed a team of 20 and implemented system upgrades. In 2015, they became a Desktop Support Analyst at Betfred and held this position until 2022. Currently, they are working as an IT Support Team Lead at Sharp Gaming.

Paul Stapleton attended Canon Slade School from 1994 to 1999, where they studied for their GCSEs. Prior to that, they attended The Oaks Primary School from 1987 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained The GDPR (United Kingdom) certification from SMP Compliance Academy in 2018 and Mac Support for PC Technicians certification from Apple in 2015.
