Sofia Dianthe

Sofia Dianthe has had a variety of roles in the field of human resources. Their most recent position was as Head of HR at Sharp Gaming, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Degree 53 from November 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they served as a People Services Partner at Salix Homes from July 2018 to October 2019. Sofia also has experience as an HR Advisor at Well Pharmacy from June 2016 to June 2018 and as an HR Advisor (contract) at Acorn Care and Education Group from April 2016 to June 2016. Sofia has also worked as an HR and Employment Law Advisor (contract) at WorkPlace HR from February 2015 to December 2015, and as a Senior Employment Law Consultant at Peninsula UK from September 2012 to February 2015.

Sofia Dianthe completed their BSC in Medicinal Chemistry from The University of Manchester from 2004 to 2007. Sofia then pursued an MSC in Human Resource Management (including CIPD level 7) from The University of Salford from 2010 to 2013.
