Greg Styles

Greg Styles is the Managing Partner at Sharp Point Data Ltd and the President of MacPherson & Styles Inc. They are a leader in designing business processes that improve outcomes and have worked with IBM, Unilever, Mattel, Canada Life, Manulife, Sun Life, and many others. They are Chief Executive Officer of BenefitSimple Ltd. since 2021. At Sharp Point Data Ltd., they developed and implemented a participant communications strategy for John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, redesigned processes, and deployed a software solution to deliver more than $2 million in annual savings. They are pursuing a BASc in Geological/Geophysical Engineering at the University of Toronto and a PhD, MASc in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods at the University of Waterloo.
