Rick Failla

Rick Failla has over 23 years of experience in the freight industry, currently serving as the Terminal Manager at Sharp Transit LLC since February 2020. Prior to this role, Rick worked as an Inbound Supervisor at Old Dominion Freight Line from April 2018 to February 2020. Earlier in Rick's career, extensive experience was gained at XPO Logistics, Inc., where Rick held positions as Freight Operations Manager and Personnel Supervisor from July 1995 to March 2018. Rick holds a degree in Radio and TV communications from Brown Institute and has completed education at Sunset High School.
