Sharpen's mission is to help all children reach their best potential. In-depth and thorough research is at the core of everything we do. Working with leading universities and researchers, Sharpen is at the forefront of transforming the early literacy landscape. Sharpen's Early Advantage Assessment delivers timely awareness about a child’s reading skills and risk for developing reading struggles. Sharpen’s Reading Program is a structured-literacy program proven to improve core reading skills such as decoding, phonics, and advanced phonemic awareness. Together, the Early Advantage Assessment and the Sharpen Reading Program provide the earliest screening and intervention solution available to foster better educational outcomes for all children, including those at risk or already struggling.
