Akesh Soni has extensive experience in the technology recruiting industry. Akesh founded and served as the CEO of SharpHeads, a premier contingency recruiting firm specializing in technology-focused hiring solutions. As the CEO, they launched the company and focused on attracting and retaining top-tier tech talent for client companies.

Later, Akesh founded Linkwheelie, where they served as the CEO, revolutionizing the way businesses leverage LinkedIn for lead generation. Akesh developed groundbreaking software that simplified the process of discovering and connecting with valuable leads.

Additionally, Akesh designed Xeroleads, a cutting-edge lead generation tool tailored for startups and small businesses. Using AI, automation, and human expertise, Xeroleads provides highly targeted, buyer-ready leads.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Akesh held various roles in well-established companies such as Dynamic Software Services, Diverse Lynx, AceTek Solutions Inc, and OKAYA Inc. These roles involved business development, client relationship management, and strategic recruitment and staffing solutions.

Akesh Soni obtained a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2002 to 2006. Akesh also holds additional certifications in Inside Sales and Sales Prospecting from LinkedIn, obtained in 2021.
