Barbara Ormsby

Barbara Ormsby is an experienced Executive Coach and Consultant, currently leading her own practice since January 2006 and serving as a Digital Business Coach at Sharpist since February 2020. With a strong academic background, Barbara holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of London and a doctorate in Technical Physics from Technische Universität Wien. Barbara has taught various subjects, including Project Management and Intercultural Communication, at institutions such as FH JOANNEUM, Fachhochschule Salzburg, and Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg. Prior professional experiences include roles as Senior Consultant at Trust & Value and Senior Process Consultant at Proudfoot, focusing on process improvement and leadership development.
