Cosima Laube, PCC, is an experienced Human Systems Engineer and Communicating Architect with a focus on IT service teams, Digital Transformations, and leadership coaching across various organizational levels. Since 2012, Cosima has been with Respect & Adapt, providing coaching and mentoring to line managers and professionals, and inspiring audiences as an international keynote speaker. Currently, Cosima holds roles as Principal and Host at ImpACTful Change Café, and as a Leadership and Business Coach at Sharpist and CoachHub. Previous positions include Senior Agile Coach at SBB CFF FFS, Guest Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences, and Agile Coach at HolidayCheck AG. Cosima's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Diploma in Computer Science and Statistics in Medicine, complemented by various certifications in coaching and Agile methodologies.
