Fabian Niedballa

Fabian Niedballa is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Sharpist. Prior to founding Sharpist, they worked at GetYourGuide as the Head of Global Sales & Supply Operations. At GetYourGuide, they were responsible for building and leading the teams that enabled GetYourGuide's global supply of amazing things to do. Fabian also oversaw the growth of GetYourGuide's supply from thousands to tens of thousands of activities worldwide.

Fabian was inspired to start Sharpist after realizing that professional learning and development is broken. Fabian wanted to create a company that would offer outcome-driven professional growth for businesses and individualized professional growth for professionals.

Fabian Niedballa has a Master of Science in Finance from Università Bocconi, a Semester abroad in Economics & Finance from Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor in International Economics and Management (BIEM) from Università Bocconi. Fabian was also a one-year exchange student with a scholarship from ASSIST Inc. at Western Reserve Academy.

They work with Dominik Lahmann - CTO, Khurram Masood - Chief Product Officer. Fabian Niedballa reports to Hendrik Schriefer, CEO & co-Founder.
