Jan Novák

Jan Novák, PCC, is an experienced Leadership Executive Coach, currently serving at Koučování k úspěchu since May 2013, specializing in successful change management. In addition to this role, Jan holds positions as a Certified CoachHub Coach at CoachHub.io and as a Digital Business Coach at Sharpist, both platforms focused on digital coaching. As Vice President of Technology for the International Coach Federation Czech Republic from April 2018 to May 2024, Jan manages the development and implementation of technology initiatives while promoting professional coaching standards. Jan also previously served as CEO and Business Analyst at Ing. JAN NOVÁK s.r.o. from 1996 to 2017. With a background in technical cybernetics from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Jan possesses skills in business negotiation, leadership, project management, and business analysis.
