Su Mee Tan

Su Mee Tan is a skilled Presence & Impact Coach and Trainer for performers, speakers, and creative leaders, with experience at Into The Mirror Coaching & Training since July 2017. As a Digital Business Coach at Sharpist since January 2020, Su Mee focuses on outcome-driven development through coaching. Additional roles include Associate Coach at Thrive Partners until October 2023 and Manager and Presenter for Inspire’d Stage, an international platform for transformational talks. With a strong background in business change management and IT systems training spanning over a decade at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Su Mee has also held positions at Allen & Overy and Intertaal, among others. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in English Language and Culture from the University of Groningen and various certifications in Co-Active Coaching and Organizational Systems Coaching.
