Shaw Corporation acts as lead advisor and client representative on complex development projects. We bring together capital partners, landowners, and public and community stakeholders to shape and deliver purposeful development.

With over 40 years of experience, we lead projects across the development lifecycle — from site assembly, planning strategy and consultant team coordination through to viability, leasing and marketing — with particular expertise in the pre-development phases and in navigating complex political and stakeholder environments.

Sector-agnostic but typically focused on mixed-use development, our work spans major commercial, new homes, alternative living sectors such as student housing, and cultural, retail and leisure uses. Working either as lead advisor or as a capital partner within joint ventures, we help unlock value and investor returns on projects whilst delivering meaningful public and placemaking benefits.

Our approach has been recognised through multiple industry awards, including Best New Development at the MIPIM Awards and several New London Awards.
