John Bania

John Bania is a transformational team leader with extensive global experience in the automotive and commercial truck markets. Currently serving as Managing Director & Head of Business for Connected Solutions and Connected Services at Clarios, they previously held various leadership positions, including Managing Director and Global Product Line Director, within the same company. Their past experience includes Director roles at Johnson Controls, overseeing the Interstate Battery Business Unit and other business divisions. John holds an M.B.A. from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's Degree in English from John Carroll University.
