Brian Smith

Brian Smith has worked in various roles in the financial services industry since 2003. Brian began their career as a Manager at Popolos in 2003, followed by a Senior Manager role at Conn's Inc. in 2008. In 2014, they joined Shaw Systems Associates, Inc. as a Consultant, where they worked with department leads and executives from various credit, finance, banking, and collections companies to analyze business needs, objectives, and regulatory/compliance requirements. Brian also developed and implemented systemic and operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of credit operations. In 2017, they began working with M.S.T.V. Consulting Professionals as a Senior Consultant, managing data conversion processes from multiple systems to Shaw Spectrum, Collections, and Retail Platforms. Brian also designed and managed ETL processes for a variety of different credit portfolios. In 2016, they became the Owner/CFO of QuiverGrip/UtilaGrip. Currently, Brian is a Product Owner: 3rd Party Integrations at Shaw Systems Associates, LLC, where they are responsible for establishing the strategic road map of features and capabilities pertaining to integrations for Shaw System's Spectrum platform, defining business requirements for new integration enhancements, and providing guidance and prioritization for multiple development teams.

Brian Smith attended the University of North Texas from 2003 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Loyola University New Orleans from 2000 to 2002, where they were a Business Major.
