James Cooke has worked in the technology industry since 1998. James began their career at Aetna as a Help Desk Analyst, then moved to US Interactive as a Desktop Support Analyst in 2000. In 2002, they joined International Finance Corp as a Quality Assurance Analyst. In 2005, they began working at Shaw Systems Associates, LLC as a Product Owner and Senior Client Engagement Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for managing the implementation process for new client projects, as well as providing care and feeding of existing clients to enhance their satisfaction and usage of the application.
James Cooke attended St. Leo's from 1980 to 1989, followed by Paul VI High School from 1989 to 1993. James then earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Radford University from 1993 to 1997.
