Tommy Cleek

Tommy Cleek has a long and varied work history. Tommy began their career in 2006 as a Collection Specialist for Ford Credit. In 2007, they moved to HSBC Auto Finance Inc, where they took on the role of Collections Specialist. In 2008, they joined Conn's as a Sr. Credit Manager, where they were responsible for all stages of delinquency for a $1B+ installment/revolving retail credit portfolio. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at CNAC/JD Byrider as Director of Collections, where they were responsible for ensuring that all goals, objectives, and standards were achieved and exceeded for overall delinquency, charge-off, and total collection goals. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have worked at Shaw Systems Associates, LLC as a Business Systems Analyst II and Consultant.

Tommy Cleek began their educational journey in 1996 when they attended Allen High School, graduating in 2000. Tommy then went on to the University of North Texas, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2004. Tommy continued their studies at the University of North Texas, obtaining an MBA in Marketing in 2008.
