We have been investing in middle-market industry and service companies operating across Asia, the USA, and Europe for over 30 years and understand the challenges facing companies competing in today’s global markets.

We take significant ownership stakes in our investments coupled with a disciplined and hands-on management of those investments.

Our investment philosophy is based on being good partners in assisting portfolio companies to build better businesses by partnering with management to both identify and realize sustainable performance improvements in areas such as sales growth, margin expansion, and capital efficiency.

The ShawKwei strategy, methods and practices are specially crafted for businesses operating across Asia, Europe and USA in partnership between ShawKwei and our portfolio companies.
