SP-Strategic is a specialist business development firm headquartered in Hong Kong, and a sister company to Shawpoint, an FCA regulated investment bank founded in 2017 with offices in London, New York, Madrid, and Hong Kong.

We operate across the Shawpoint network, giving our partners direct access to decision makers across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia. We act as the commercial arm for a curated portfolio of six specialist firms. We do not build or resell. We identify decision makers, open doors, and support our partners through to signed contracts.

WHAT OUR PARTNERS DO

Our partner portfolio covers four connected capabilities that growth stage businesses consistently need but rarely find under one roof:

Digital marketing, SEO, and generative engine optimisation for brands competing in AI driven search.

Software engineering, AI, and full stack product development for businesses scaling digital platforms.

Product strategy, UX and UI design, and digital transformation for organisations rethinking how they serve customers.

Reference data, corporate actions, pricing, and compliance data for asset managers, hedge funds, and banks.

HOW WE WORK

We operate on a no win, no fee basis. Our incentives are aligned with the outcomes our partners care about: qualified meetings, shortlisted opportunities, and closed revenue.

Every engagement starts with a rigorous ideal client profile, decision maker mapping, and a disciplined outreach programme run by a trained team of researchers and analysts.

If you lead marketing, product, engineering, or data at a growth stage business and are evaluating new capability, we will point you to the right partner in our network and make the introduction worth your time.
