Mark Hansell

Mark Hansell has extensive experience in product management and strategic roles within the financial services industry. Mark most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at Shaype from 2020 to present. Prior to that, they held the same position at Hay from 2019 to 2022. At Westpac, Mark held various positions including Head of Network Transformation Strategy from 2014 to 2018, Senior Manager of Change Delivery & Execution from 2013 to 2014, and Senior Manager of Multi-brand Operating Model from 2012 to 2013. Mark also worked as a Senior Product Manager at BT Financial Group from 2010 to 2012 and as a Loan & Overdraft Product Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland from 2007 to 2009. Mark began their career at Royal Bank of Scotland in 2004, where they held roles as an Online Business Development Manager and Business Development Analyst.

Mark Hansell pursued their education in Biological Sciences at Heriot-Watt University from 1999 to 2003. Mark successfully completed their degree with First Class Honors (1st Class BSc (Hons)).
