Ryan Birchall

Ryan Birchall began their work experience in 2007 at Shawbrook Bank, where they held multiple roles over the years. Ryan started as an Operational Support Lead in February 2007 and held this position until October 2014. From October 2014 to July 2016, they worked as a Test Analyst before transitioning to the role of Business Application Support Analyst from July 2016 to September 2019. In October 2019, Ryan began working as a Systems Analyst at Shaype.

Ryan Birchall attended Wigan & Leigh College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business. In addition to their degree, Ryan has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Ryan achieved the ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2020, and the ITIL Foundation Level certification from the same institution in January 2020. Ryan also holds the Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL) certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, which they obtained in October 2017. Furthermore, Ryan has the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the same board, which they obtained in December 2015. Ryan is also certified by CompTIA, having received the CompTIA A+ ce Certification in June 2020, the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification in July 2020, the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist - CSIS Stackable Certification in October 2020, and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in October 2020.
