Dave Filanowicz

Dave Filanowicz is a seasoned professional in information security and cyber operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Information Security at SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Dave held significant leadership roles, including Deputy Director at the National Security Agency, where management of a top-tier software development team was achieved, and Deputy Director of the U.K. Joint Forces Cyber Group, focusing on cyberspace operations planning. Other notable positions include Information Security and Electronic Warfare Lead for Task Force 70 and Carrier Strike Group Five, and Deputy Current Operations Officer and Cyber Defense Lead at Fleet Cyber Command. Early career experience includes serving as Global Operations Officer at Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command. Dave holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
