SHE Leads Group is a VERY different kind of leads group. Beth Boen, Founder, started SHE Leads Group, because as a mom of a 10 year old at the time, she could not find a quality leads group that met her needs as a professional, established business owner and mom. She had been in other leads groups and none of them understood the needs of professional moms. She wanted to create something that supported both heart and enterprise! SHE stands for Supporting Heart & Enterprise!

You don't have to be a mom to be in SHE Leads Group, but you have to appreciate moms and be OK with some of the differences that SHE offers!

What you won't find:
* Start-ups who don't have an established network already. SHE members have already been out networking in other circles and have an established network.
* MLM's or Network Marketing Companies
* Takers - SHE wants people who are givers, exude kindness and believe in the power of camaraderie
* Bad reputations - SHE requires members have a better than average online reputation and have their business registered with the secretary of state.
* High priced membership fees
* Triplicate participation forms and minimum number of required leads to pass

You will find:
* Business Development Training to actually help members grow their business
* Rotating Member in the Spotlight
* Warm, friendly welcomes to guests who are given extra time to tell members who they are what they do
* A fun way to get to know each other better with the "Fun Factoid" game
* A/V for powerful presentations. Members have the benefit of being able to provide a PowerPoint when they are member in the spotlight.
* Camaraderie with a true giving spirit - we keep this going, because existing members are given the opportunity to vet and raise any concerns of member applicants. The "membership committee" is the existing membership!

The list goes on. To view our difference go to: http://sheleadsgroup.com/membership/the-she-difference/
