She Leads NC is a North Carolina nonprofit organization and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to empowering and supporting women across North Carolina through education, mentorship, leadership development, storytelling, service initiatives, scholarship opportunities, and community engagement.

We believe every woman has a story.

Every woman has wisdom.

Every woman has something to teach.

Every woman has something to learn.

Our goal is to bring women together across backgrounds, professions, cultures, generations, and life experiences to build meaningful relationships, strengthen communities, and support one another.

We believe collaboration strengthens communities. Rather than duplicating existing services, we seek to partner with nonprofits, businesses, educators, public servants, and community leaders to expand opportunities for women across North Carolina.

Stories. Leadership. Service. Community.
