Linus Ndegwa

Linus Ndegwa is a highly experienced healthcare epidemiologist currently serving as a Hospital Epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Kenya. With a background in teaching at various universities, Linus held lecturer positions at Kenyatta University and Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, where they educated students in ophthalmology, public health, and clinical methods. Linus is also involved in multiple organizations, including the Infection Prevention Network Kenya, and holds board memberships with the International Federation of Infection Control and the Infection Control Africa Network. Linus obtained an MPHE and a PhD in epidemiology from Kenyatta University and JKUAT, respectively, and is dedicated to improving infection control practices in healthcare settings.
