Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson serves as the Director of Inventory Optimization at Shearer Supply, Inc., since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Lennox International, where responsibilities extended from managing inventory deployment planning for a network of distribution centers to overseeing supply planning for high-volume repair parts. Johnson's background also includes significant contributions at JCPenney as a Senior Demand Supply Planner, enhancing replenishment processes, and at CompUSA as a Demand Supply Planning Manager, where effective forecasting supported successful product launches. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
