Gregory Jackson has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Gregory currently holds the position of Plant Director at Shearer's Foods since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kellogg Company for several years, where they held various roles including Plant Director from 2019 to 2022 and Senior Operations Manager for Crackers and North Pringles from 2014 to 2019. Gregory also worked as an Operations Manager, Line Team Manager, and Production Supervisor at Kellogg Company from 2003 to 2014. Before joining Kellogg, Gregory worked at Club Chef, LLC as a Unit Manager and Production Supervisor from 1999 to 2003. Gregory also founded and managed Ohio Stone, Inc. as the Production Manager and Owner from 1996 to 1999, successfully growing the company from 1 to 7 quarries.
Gregory Jackson studied Economics at the University of Cincinnati. In addition, they have obtained certifications in HACCP from The University of Georgia and in the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program Audit from NSF International.
