Mick Kruse

Mick Kruse is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the VP of Grocery Sales at Shearer's Foods from June 2017 to August 2024. In this role, Mick has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in business planning, consumer products sales, and market research. Previously, as Senior Director of Grocery Sales, Mick managed key accounts such as Panera, Supervalu, and Target, driving growth and enhancing customer profitability through strategic business transformations. Prior experience includes serving as National Sales Manager at Barrel O'Fun Snack Foods, where Mick oversaw a sales team and managed over 60 independent distributors. Mick holds an associate's degree in General Studies from Rochester Community College and has completed additional studies at Minnesota State University.
