Mike Young

Mike Young has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mike currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Shearer's Snacks, where they have been since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Daily Operations Pillar (TPM/CI) from January 2020 to June 2021. Before joining Shearer's Snacks, Mike worked at Kellogg Company as a Senior Operations Manager from November 2013 to May 2016. Mike also held the role of Plant Engineering Manager from June 2012 to November 2013.

Mike'searlier experience includes positions at Procter & Gamble. Mike served as a Plant Engineering Manager from December 2011 to May 2012 and as a Human Resources Department Manager from December 2010 to December 2011. Mike also held leadership roles such as Making Operations Department Leader and Packing Operations Department Leader, where they led teams and contributed to significant progress in implementing IWS (TPM) initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked at General Mills as an Engineer/Team Leader from June 2003 to April 2005. Mike started their career at Procter & Gamble as a Project Management Co-op student from September 1999 to May 2002.

Mike Young attended Purdue University from 1998 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
