Timothy Wiley is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems support and management. Currently a Sr. IT Support Analyst at Shearer's Snacks since March 2015, Timothy oversees the maintenance and operation of over 200 PCs and associated systems, demonstrating strong technical skills and critical thinking in incident response. Timothy's career includes roles at Arvig as an IT Support Technician and Network Operating Center Technician, where exceptional customer support was delivered to both business and residential clients. Prior experiences comprise providing computer consultancy services and IT support in various capacities, including mentoring individuals with disabilities and leading programs for the Boy Scouts of America.
