Tom Clark is a retired Sr. Manager of Regulatory Compliance at Shearer's Foods, Inc. and has extensive experience in the food industry, specializing in nutritional panel development, FDA regulatory compliance, and HACCP plan implementation. They previously managed Research and Development at Fresh Mark, Inc., overseeing the creation of 160 new products in one year and the operations of a Government Certified Laboratory. Clark has served as a consultant, designing food management systems, and their educational background includes a B.S. in Agriculture, Meat Science, and Food Technology from The Ohio State University.
