Led by Stephen Shedletzky, everything we do—speaking, writing, coaching, listening, facilitating, advising—is to help leaders and their teams foster an environment where people feel heard and that they, their opinion, and their contributions matter.

Our first book, "Speak Up Culture: When Leaders Truly Listen, People Step Up" will be published with Page Two books in the fall of 2023.
