Josh Carson

Josh Carson is a seasoned professional in customer success and member engagement with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Member Success at Shed since April 2025, Josh has previously held significant positions including VP of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at Eve Financial. Additional experience includes coaching at CrossFit O.U.R. and directing customer success efforts at CallForce. Josh's career began as an Onboarding Specialist at Jl Sorenson and a Customer Service Representative at Thumbtack. Josh earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of New England (AU) from 2015 to 2019.
