John Chang

John Chang is an experienced professional with a background in partner success, account management, and sales. Currently serving as a Partner Success Account Manager at Fresha since November 2021, John previously held the position of Account Executive at Clio and Account Manager at Ritchie Bros. Prior to that, John worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Aurora Biomed Inc., where responsibilities included driving capital equipment sales and generating new leads. Early in John’s career, experience as a Laboratory Assistant at Lonza Wood Protection focused on research and development of anti-microbial chemical formulations. John Chang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Simon Fraser University.
