Sheen Developments is an Egyptian real estate development company, established in 2018 on a solid partnership between Mr. Ibrahim Keshk and Mr. Omar Mohamed, with a clear vision to create developments that endure and deliver real value. From day one, the company has focused on key growth areas across Greater Cairo—from Mohandessin to New Cairo and New Obour City—aiming to offer a distinct product in both concept and execution.
Sheen’s journey began with the belief that a successful development is more than a building; it is a complete residential and investment experience. This belief drives the company to carefully select locations, design functional spaces, and ensure high construction quality. Today, Sheen Developments holds a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and medical projects that reflect its evolution and future expansion plans.
