Lance Madynski

Lance Madynski currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for the Americas at SheerID, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Lance was with Ascent Cloud as the Head of Sales and previously held the title of Director of Sales. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales at Zowie and Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Showpad. Lance also held various leadership positions at PowerReviews and Arkadin, starting as an Account Executive and progressing to National Sales Manager. Earlier in the career, Lance was an Account Manager at CareerBuilder. Educationally, Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Business Marketing from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.
