Lex David

Lex David has a diverse background in talent development, recruiting, and sales and marketing, with extensive experience in the hospitality and administrative assistance sectors. Currently serving as Talent Development Manager at SheerID since January 2021, Lex has held multiple roles within the company, including Manager of Recruiting Operations and Recruiting Operations Lead. Prior to this, Lex worked at Boly:Welch as a Recruiting Coordinator and established a virtual assistant company, PowerHouse Assistant. Lex's hospitality career includes positions such as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hospitality Ventures Management Group and various sales management roles at The Curtis Hotel and JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek. Lex's early career involved supervisory roles at Grand Hyatt properties and managing game operations for the Colorado Rapids. Lex holds a B.A. in Journalism and Technical Communication with a focus on Sports Broadcasting from Colorado State University and has also studied at Macquarie University.
